A super elegant wine, the Le Dû's Pinot Noir has all the clean, cherry fruit we loved in last year's vintage plus some very seductive floral aromatics, a subtle, spicy edge and roasted coffee notes, closing with soft, velvety tannins. It was grown in the high elevation Hirsch Vineyards from Pommard clones, with 50% of the wine aged in new oak and the rest aged in 2-3 year old barrels.
