We use a driver or courier service for most Manhattan deliveries - FedEx Ground/Home Service for all other locations, unless otherwise stated.  If someone is not available to sign for the package, an additional shipping charge may be applied to redeliver.

When placing orders online an email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.

By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to, and acting on behalf of you the purchaser.

Please be advised extreme temperatures are not ideal conditions for wine – please take this into consideration when arranging your shipment.  We are able to hold your wine for up to 3 months until the weather permits us to safely ship.

When purchasing wine from Le Dû's Wines you represent that you are acting in compliance with your local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. You represent that you have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally entitled to take possession of wine and are legally entitled to take quantities ordered.

Return Policy

Defective merchandise may be exchanged for replacement of product within 30days of purchase with the receipt and bottle (containing liquid) present.  All other sales are final.
