A refined and mineral-driven white from Portugal’s Dão region, crafted from a blend of indigenous varieties grown on granite soils near the Serra da Estrela. It opens with aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and subtle dried herbs, layered with hints of almond, tea leaf, and orchard fruit.

Precise and textured, it balances bright acidity with a gentle, creamy lees-derived weight. Flavours of lemon, green apple, and stone fruit are carried by a distinct granitic salinity, giving the wine clarity and depth. The overall impression is elegant, focused, and quietly complex, with a long, citrus-mineral line.
