Sidónio de Sousa Bairrada Reserva 2018 is a traditional, old-vine Baga from Portugal’s Bairrada region. Fermented with native yeasts in open lagares and aged in large Portuguese oak vats, it reflects a restrained, hands-off winemaking approach.

The wine shows a deep garnet color with aromas of dark berries, earth, and a hint of florality. On the palate, it is fresh and firmly structured, with bright acidity, fine tannins, and a long, balanced finish. A serious yet approachable Baga with aging potential and classic regional character.
