A lively, natural sparkling Chardonnay from Mendoza, made in the ancestral pét-nat style that captures fermentation in its most immediate, unpolished form. It comes from organically farmed vineyards in the Uco Valley, where altitude and sharp Andean diurnal shifts preserve freshness and aromatic lift.

It opens with bright citrus tones of lemon zest, orange peel, and green apple, alongside white peach and delicate floral notes. A faint bready, leesy character adds depth, while soft, cloud-like bubbles give the wine a creamy, gently frothy texture.
