"Finely curated, with a focus on small producers from lesser-known regions, and the staff are impressively knowledgeable."- Manhattan's Coolest Wine Stores, The Financial Times

A traditional white from the southern Rhône village of Sablet in the Côtes du Rhône Villages appellation, crafted from a blend of local varieties including Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne. The fruit is grown on sandy, clay-limestone soils that bring both generosity and freshness to the final wine.
Harvested by hand, the grapes are vinified separately before blending, allowing each variety to contribute its own aromatic and structural qualities. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, often followed by short aging on fine lees to enhance texture and aromatic depth while preserving freshness.
The result is a rounded yet vibrant white Rhône, showing notes of stone fruit, citrus, white flowers, and subtle almond. Balanced and expressive, it combines gentle richness with a fresh, mineral-driven finish that reflects both its blend and its sunlit Mediterranean origin.
