Palmento Costanzo 'Mofete' Etna Bianco 2024

A vibrant white from Mount Etna in Sicily, made from Carricante and Catarratto grown on high-altitude volcanic slopes of ash and lava soils. The vineyards benefit from cool conditions and sharp day–night temperature shifts that preserve freshness and acidity.

Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel to emphasize purity and site expression. A brief lees aging adds subtle texture without diminishing its linear, mineral profile.

The result is a crisp, focused Etna Bianco with citrus, white peach, and floral notes, framed by a distinct saline, smoky volcanic edge. Energetic and precise, it reflects both its origin and a restrained winemaking style.
