From the small, family-run estate of Osvaldo Barberis in the foothills of the Langhe (Piedmont), this bottling is 100% the rare white indigenous grape Nascetta, grown on limestone-rich, clay-inflected soils.
In the glass it shows a pale straw hue with vivid clarity. On the nose: white blossom, green apple, a whisper of fresh herbs and a touch of wet stone. On the palate: precise acidity, bright citrus and orchard fruit, underlying minerality and a subtle saline finish. The texture is light to medium-bodied, elegantly framed, and promises to develop gracefully.
With its organic farming, hand-harvested fruit and minimalist cellar work (unoaked stainless steel ageing), this is a pure, terroir-driven white that stands out for its clarity and character.
