A precise, mineral-driven sparkling wine from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, made from organically farmed Chardonnay grown in cool-climate vineyard sites. The fruit is hand-harvested at low yields to preserve tension, acidity, and aromatic clarity.
Primary fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle using the traditional method. Extended lees aging builds fine texture and subtle complexity while maintaining a focused, bone-dry Brut Nature style with no dosage added.
The result is a linear and expressive Blanc de Blancs defined by citrus zest, green apple, and delicate brioche notes, supported by a firm mineral backbone. Crisp, pure, and quietly layered, it highlights both vineyard precision and restrained winemaking.
