Maison Advinam’s L’Allumée NV is a lively, low-intervention red from just south of Bordeaux. Made by Anne Buiatti using biodynamic grapes, wild fermentation, and gentle ageing in amphorae, it’s bright, juicy, and a little wild — think red and dark berries with a touch of spice and herbs. Light enough to chill, serious enough to sip slowly, it’s a fresh, modern take on Bordeaux that feels both handcrafted and effortlessly drinkable.
