"The must from Baga grape variety from the chalky-clay soil in Panasqueira Vineyard, had no pressing during vinification.
The grapes harvested in the last week of August created this white wine from red grapes. The soil gives the mineral (smoked) character, the grape maturation, its delicacy and raspberry flavor.
It should be served as an aperitif or during the whole meal." -Winery notes
