Les-a-Les Tavora-Varosa Cerceal & Malvasia Blend 2020

A high-altitude white from Portugal’s Távora-Varosa region, made from a blend of Cerceal and Malvasia grown on granitic soils. The elevated vineyards bring natural freshness, tension, and a distinct mineral character.

Hand-harvested fruit is whole-cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel, followed by aging on fine lees to build subtle texture while preserving precision.

The result is an elegant, focused wine with notes of citrus, white flowers, and light herbal tones. Medium-bodied and linear, it is driven by bright acidity and a clean, stony finish.
