A coastal white from Liguria’s Riviera Ligure di Ponente, made from Vermentino grown in steep, terraced vineyards close to the Mediterranean. The vines benefit from sea breezes and stony, well-drained soils that naturally encourage freshness and aromatic lift.

Harvested by hand, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity and regional expression, with a short, careful élevage that maintains clarity and tension rather than richness or oak influence.

The wine is crisp and elegant, showing notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers, layered with Ligurian herbs like rosemary and thyme. A subtle almond and saline edge carries through the finish, giving it a distinctly coastal, mineral-driven character.
