"Wine obtained with soft pressing of Rossese grapes and other local white berry varieties, always cultivated in family vines. The color is light with soft ruby reflections. The fruity scent, characteristic of the grape varieties that form it, brings back aromas of berries mixed with those of field herbs typical of Liguria. The taste is dry, pleasantly soft and ready to drink. It is ideal as an aperitif and suitable for any combination with meat, fish and vegetable dishes." -Winery notes
