Kila Cava 2022

A traditional method sparkling wine from Spain’s Cava region, made primarily from the classic local grapes Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada grown in limestone-rich vineyard soils of Penedès. The vineyards are farmed with a focus on organic practices and balanced ripening, preserving freshness and natural acidity.

The base wine is fermented in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle, where it develops its fine bubbles and gentle autolytic character during aging on the lees. This process builds subtle texture and complexity while maintaining a clean, fruit-driven profile.

The result is a bright, structured Cava with notes of citrus, green apple, and light brioche, supported by a chalky mineral backbone and lively acidity. Crisp, dry, and energetic, it reflects both its terroir and the classic traditional-method style of Spanish sparkling wine.
