The Eagle represents the Korean American heritage of The Ki One Distillery’s founder, Brian Do, as well as the birthplace of the oak used to mature this expression. Aged in a combination of ex–Kentucky bourbon barrels and new American oak sourced from Missouri, Eagle Edition layers familiar bourbon flavors of caramel and vanilla over the distillery’s spicy malt making for a bold and robust whisky perfect for an everyday dram.
