Aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-wine (French oak), and ex-sherry casks (Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso); non-age statement

A rich nose of char and maple syrup, vanilla, stewed prunes, and toasted pecans concentrates into a lean and savory palate of freshly cracked black pepper, arugula, and pine nuts, with a finish of English Breakfast tea and pleasant tannin.
