Ippolito 'Mare Chiaro' Ciro Bianco 2024

A bright, coastal white from Calabria’s Cirò DOC, made from 100% Greco Bianco grown in vineyards close to the Ionian Sea. The maritime influence and warm Mediterranean climate are balanced by cooling breezes that help preserve freshness and aromatic lift.

Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, followed by a short period of maturation on the lees to enhance texture while maintaining clarity and tension. The approach is focused on purity and a direct expression of both grape and coastal terroir.

The result is a vibrant, luminous white with notes of ripe pear, peach, citrus blossom, and subtle tropical fruit. A distinct saline edge runs through the wine, giving it energy and definition, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish shaped by sea air and sun.
