Ippolito ‘Mabilia’ Ciro Rosato 2024

A vibrant rosato from Calabria’s Cirò coast, made from 100% Gaglioppo grown in vineyards influenced by the Ionian Sea. The maritime climate and sandy, sun-drenched soils give the fruit both ripeness and a natural, refreshing edge.

The grapes are hand-harvested and given a short, gentle maceration to extract its delicate pink hue and aromatic lift. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity, with a brief maturation that keeps the focus on fruit and energy.

The result is a bright, expressive rosé with notes of sour cherry, wild strawberry, and rose petals, layered with subtle citrus and a distinct saline, mineral touch. Crisp, lively, and textured, it balances juicy fruit with coastal freshness and a clean, dry finish.
