Distilled from molasses on a traditional column still, it reflects a long, uninterrupted aging process in Belize’s hot, humid climate, which drives deep concentration and rapid wood integration.
The extended tropical aging builds a rich, layered profile where caramelized sugar, dried stone fruit, and vanilla sit alongside darker tones of cocoa, toffee, and baking spice.
