“Unexpectedly floral on the nose with just the hint of pure lemon citrus (no grapefruit here!), the palate is dizzyingly pure with some expected flavors (lemongrass, stonefruit) and some entirely unexpected (aniseed, woodsmoke). There is a wonderful weight to the mid-palate but then a mineral-mintiness to the finish which just makes me think of snow.
