Domaine Rousset Crozes-Hermitage Marsanne Vieilles Vignes 2019

A classic northern Rhône white from Crozes-Hermitage, made from old-vine Marsanne grown on granite-rich soils that bring both depth and mineral tension. The age of the vines adds concentration and a quiet intensity while retaining balance.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large, neutral oak, the approach focuses on texture and integration without overt wood influence, allowing the vineyard character to come through clearly.

The result is a layered, textural wine with notes of apricot, pear, almond, and citrus, supported by subtle floral and stony nuances. Full yet composed, it carries a gentle waxy richness balanced by freshness, finishing long, mineral, and refined.
