Domaine Raspail-Ay Gigondas 2010

"The 2010 Gigondas comes from a vintage that saw plenty of coulure and low yields, according to Christophe Ay. It was his first vintage in full control at the domaine, and it remains a lovely wine, boasting savory notes of roasted meat and leather on the nose, then super ripe flavors of prune and licorice.
