A Bourgogne Rouge that quietly overdelivers, drawn from declassified parcels in Morey-Saint-Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin. Though labeled at the regional level, it carries the imprint of more serious sites, giving it an uncommon sense of depth and structure.

The approach in the cellar is restrained and traditional, with native fermentations and élevage in seasoned oak to allow the wine to settle and knit together without overt wood influence.

The result is a poised, finely built Pinot Noir with notes of red cherry, plum, and soft spice, underlined by a subtle earthy, stony edge. Medium-bodied with supple tannins and fresh acidity, it balances immediacy with quiet complexity.
