"A new classic – this reference cuvée from Niellon is a benchmark for the appellation, with pure aromas spanning lemon peel, nectarine and green apple, with a bit of spice and a hint of hazelnut. This wine is their largest production. Grapes come from 10 parcels over more than two hectares of vines; they are gently pressed and fermented in cask (25% new). The wine should open soon after release and is suitable for mid-term ageing." -CC 01/2024
