A distinctive white from the Loire’s Centre region, made from 100% Pinot Gris grown in the small appellation of Reuilly, where sandy and gravelly soils over limestone bring both lift and gentle structure. The cool-climate setting preserves freshness while allowing the grape to show its naturally expressive, aromatic side.

Vinification is typically gentle and short on skin contact, giving the wine its subtle “vin gris” character—somewhere between white and rosé in tone. Fermentation in stainless steel keeps the profile clean and focused, with an emphasis on purity rather than weight.

The result is a lightly textured, fragrant white with notes of white peach, citrus peel, and ripe pear, layered with soft floral tones and a faint saline edge. Fresh, supple, and quietly aromatic, it balances gentle roundness with a crisp, mineral-driven finish that reflects its Loire origins.
