"Finely curated, with a focus on small producers from lesser-known regions, and the staff are impressively knowledgeable."- Manhattan's Coolest Wine Stores, The Financial Times

A limited-edition Irish single malt from Dingle Distillery, this expression is part of the distillery’s “Wheel of the Year” series, inspired by ancient Celtic seasonal festivals. It takes its name from Brigid’s Day, a celebration of renewal and the first signs of spring.
Crafted in small batches using triple-distilled malted barley, the whiskey is first matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in rye casks. This dual maturation brings together softness and spice in a distinctive way, highlighting the distillery’s experimental yet precise approach.
Bottled at cask strength with no chill filtration or added colour, it delivers a bold and natural character.
On the nose, it opens with honeyed sweetness, vanilla, and gentle floral notes. The palate is rich and layered, showing caramel, toasted oak, warming spice, and hints of dried fruit and dark chocolate. The finish is long and evolving, with lingering spice, soft sweetness, and a light citrus lift.
