Deep amber in colour, this mature Highland single malt opens with a rich, inviting nose of dried fruits, toffee, and spiced oak, layered with notes of dark chocolate, orange peel, and roasted nuts. There’s a gentle sherry influence that brings depth and warmth without overwhelming the spirit.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-rounded, showing a luxurious balance of sweetness and spice. Flavours of raisin, fig, and baked apple unfold alongside treacle, cocoa, and warming baking spices, all carried by a smooth, slightly oily texture. Hints of espresso and nutty oak add further complexity as it develops in the glass.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of spiced fruit cake, caramelised sugar, and soft oak tannins, leaving a gently drying yet satisfying impression.
