"Quite gold and intense in color. A powerful nose of quince, broom flowers and mint. Muscular palate for a white, with an almost tannic structure, a medium body, crunchy acidity and a tight finish. Savory, but will evolve with aging. Best after an extra year in the bottle." 07/2024
