"The grapes for this lush St-Aubin offering were sourced from the south-facing slopes of En Créot, which lie near the village of Gamay. Pernot and her husband have crafted a luxuriously delightful wine with ripe apple and apricot fruit aromas, hints of cream and spice, and a suggestion of smoke. The texture is dense and lush, but the acidity balances the wine, and the flavours linger pleasantly on the palate.
