"Boasts pronounced aromas of ripe pear, passion fruit and grapefruit, with notes of smoke, white flowers and spice. On the palate, the wine has impressive density and lovely length. Very crisp and clean, but there is a power here as well. The grapes from Alvina's share of the family's 1ha of vines are slowly pressed, briefly settled, fermented and aged in mostly used casks on the lees, but without batonnage." -CC 01/2025
