"This “baby Barolo” is sourced from younger (max 15 years) vines. Skin contact is limited to 6-8 days to extract less tannin and more color from the skin, resulting in a well-colored wine with remarkable softness. There's power, grace, medium body, mouthwatering acidity, and fine silky tannins. Flavors of cherry, raspberry, oak, tobacco, leather, smoke, licorice, clove, and hints of anise stimulate the palate.
