"This wine comes from the original plot of the estate. A plot of 5ha in one piece, facing south, in the hamlet of Auxey Duresses in Melin. Place called « LES HOZ » planted partly in Pinot Noir and partly in Chardonnay.

Chardonnays were planted at the turn of the last century, and are now around 90 years old. At that time, we were still talking about mass selection. After using clones, I decided to do a mass selection again from this plot. This project has been underway for 5 years. it has come to an end, our first massale feet are now in the ground.
