Domaine Gros Tollot’s La Cinso 2022 is a fresh, elegant red made entirely from old-vine Cinsault, grown in the rugged foothills of the Minervois in southern France. Light in color and vibrant in character, it offers aromas of red berries, rose petals, and subtle herbs. On the palate, it’s silky and refined, with juicy fruit, fine tannins, and a clean, mineral finish. Aged only in stainless steel, the wine is all about purity, freshness, and varietal expression.

The domaine is a collaboration between Anne Gros, a renowned winemaker from Vosne-Romanée, and Jean-Paul Tollotof Domaine Tollot-Beaut in Burgundy. Drawn to the untapped potential of the Minervois, they brought Burgundian precision to southern terroirs, working with old vines and diverse soils to craft wines that are both soulful and precise. La Cinso reflects their vision perfectly—unpretentious, expressive, and beautifully balanced.
