Pears are hand-harvested underripe, ripe, and overripe, stored for 2 days to ripen further, then mashed and fermented between 16-17 °C (60–63 °F) for 8–10 days in stainless steel

Distilled twice in a Christian Carl copper pot still

Rested for a minimum of 3 years in stainless steel

The entirety of the pear is on full display, from the skin to the flesh, to the point where it almost evokes a synesthetic sensation—you can practically feel the texture of ripe pear in your mouth.
