"The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Paradise Block features hints of florals, sage and bay leaf on the nose, despite coming from the valley floor. Alongside cassis and black cherries, these elements make for a compelling nose, while the wine is medium to full-bodied in the mouth. It's concentrated and has a fresh, vibrant and silky mouthfeel, in line with modern (and historic) sensibilities regarding weight and structure. Ideally, this could use several years in the cellar and could conceivably age well for up to two decades." -JC 2/2025
