Crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, this Blanco is sourced from a single brick oven (“horno”) batch—ensuring focus and terroir specificity. The agave is cooked for around 40 hours, then extracted and double-distilled in copper pot stills. After a brief resting period in ex-bourbon casks, it’s bottled either at 40% ABV or as a still-strength version at 55% (110 proof).
On the nose, expect fresh cooked agave melded with citrus peel, herbal green notes and a subtle peppery edge. The palate is silky yet vibrant: bright agave sweetness, lime zest, faint mineral undertones and a clean, lightly dry finish that leaves crisp agave character lingering.
This is a Blanco built for sipping — honest, expressive and refined—yet bold in provenance and craft.
