by renowned Sommelier Jean-Luc Le Du in 2005, Le Du’s Wines has quickly made a
name for itself as a global destination for high-quality, small-production
wine. Named by Zagat’s as #1 Wine Shop in New York City, Le Du’s features
a wide array of European classics, along with a focused and “curated” selection
of New World wines and aristanal spirits. With a truly “customer-first”
philosophy, Le Du’s boasts a staff which includes a James Beard Award-Winning
Sommelier, a Master Sommelier candidate, two WSET certifications and two
culinary school graduates. Our staff is constantly on the go, traveling
the world and tasting the latest vintages to ensure Le Du’s stays on the
forefront of the wine and spirits world. As well as being a one-stop shop
for collectors, wine geeks and casual drinkers, Le Du’s offers an exciting
series of winemaker dinners, focused tastings and educational seminars. Jean-Luc
opened the store in order to share his passion for the great wines and spirits
of the world. Approaching our seventh year, we are proud to share that
passion with New York City and the World.
