We felt privileged when Olivier returned to the shop the other week to show us the latest releases from his superlative 2005 vintage and
once again we were knocked by the expressive, lush, precise flavors he extracts from his grapes. It was difficult to pick our favorites from the dozens of wines he produces

skills to distinguish those elements a whole new world will open up as your senses will be heightened and you will be able to communicate more eloquently about the flavors

All wines will be tasted blind for this seminar which will be taught by Yannick Benjamin, who finished 2nd in the "Best Sommelier in
America" competition and first in the blind tasting portion.
